After 8 years of successfully servicing UHNIs at Lighthouse Canton, I realized that exclusivity shouldn’t come at the cost of accessibility. Sophisticated investment opportunities should not be reserved only for the most elite investors. Wealth management needed a change – not just in whom it served, but also in how these services were administered.

As the CEO of Keenai and Lighthouse Canton, I have always been driven by an insatiable curiosity and a passion for continuous learning. My journey in the financial services industry began with leadership roles at Citigroup India and Credit Suisse, where I served as Managing Director and Senior Client Partner. In 2014, I founded Lighthouse Canton, and since then, I have been dedicated to shaping a forward-thinking, client-centric organization.
At Keenai, my focus is on integrating cutting-edge technology with deep financial expertise to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our clients. I am particularly passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, and I actively seek out new skills and knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. Beyond work, I have a deep interest in music and history, which continually inspire my approach to leadership and life.

Sunil Garg

With a 35-year career in the investment industry, I have had the privilege of leading large teams of analysts and consistently delivering exceptional results for institutional clients across both developed and emerging markets. My journey at major global investment banks has shaped my expertise and leadership, earning me a reputation as a trusted name in the field.
Transitioning to the wealth management sector, I bring the same passion and commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals with precision and care. My deep understanding of the markets and unwavering dedication to client success continue to set me apart in the wealth management sphere.
Outside of work, I am a gadget enthusiast, always in search of the next cool trinket that captures my interest. My family is a significant part of my life—my wife and I enjoy supporting our two daughters as they pursue their careers in London. Audrey Tang

Chief Operations Officer

As a seasoned financial strategist and co-founder of Lighthouse Canton, I steer the financial direction with a focus on strategic planning, tax management, and audit oversight to ensure sustainable growth.
My decade-long experience in banking, including pivotal roles at Credit Suisse and ABN Amro Bank, has honed my expertise in managing substantial portfolios, such as a USD 1 billion book at Credit Suisse. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Finance from University College Dublin and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and People Management from Singapore Management University.
Outside of work, I am a nature and animal lover. I enjoy going on my daily walks with my dog and family at the park.

Harish Chowdhary

Chief Product Officer

I am a technology advocate dedicated to advancing the wealth management industry. During my 15 years at JP Morgan, I had the privilege of leading a team of over 100 professionals, driving technology projects that significantly enhanced the bank’s private banking and wealth management services globally. At Keenai, my goal is to make investment more accessible and equitable for everyone.
Outside of work, I am passionate about endurance sports. I have cycled over 500km on the highest motorable road in the world, and I am always exploring new fitness routines to stay active and healthy.

Charu Sheel Kunwar

Executive Director & Group Head - Human Resources

With over 20 years of core HR experience, I have held leadership roles in major IT services organizations, including Genpact and Birlasoft. My career has focused on leading global HR initiatives, developing talent, and championing diversity. I am deeply interested in how technology is transforming the HR function and strongly advocate for using it to enhance efficiency while keeping HR people-centric, driving organizational success.
Outside of work, I love writing about key HR topics and exploring Bollywood’s influence on Indian culture and its global image.

Anil Sukhwani

Head, Operations

With deep expertise in financial operations, I deliver transformative solutions in areas like trading operations, fund structuring, KYC and AML compliance, and technology implementation. My experience includes overseeing complex projects and driving high-impact initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic priorities.
My two-decade career spans leadership roles at firms like Goldman Sachs and Macquarie, covering banking, asset management, and wealth advisory across Bengaluru, London, Singapore, and Melbourne. As the former Global Head of Operations at Lighthouse Canton, I led key initiatives from 2015 to 2022.
Outside of work, I am a committed orophile and avid trekker. I have completed the trek to Everest Base Camp and am now preparing for my next adventure: trekking to Mount Vinson, Antarctica’s highest peak. My passion for exploring the world’s most challenging terrains reflects my drive to conquer new heights, both personally and professionally.

Bandhan Vagheliya

Head of Product

With over a decade of experience in product strategy and management across the Payments, Lending, and Investment sectors, I am a passionate product leader dedicated to creating customer-first digital products. My journey spans building trading platforms at Wall Street investment banks in New York to developing and scaling innovative fintech products from the ground up in India. I enjoy solving complex problems and turning them into simple and delightful product experiences.
I have led product and technology teams at Groww, CarDekho, LendingKart, and IHS Markit, successfully bringing consumer products to millions of users.
In my free time, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, traveling, attending live music events, capturing moments through photography, rewatching classic sitcoms, and playing with ChatGPT. Fun fact: My first job was as a bartender.

Nonita Verma

I am a Technology and Private Banking leader with nearly 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and businesses across the U.S. and Asia. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned consumer brands like TripAdvisor and top financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Nova Credit.
My passion lies in applying the insights and learnings I have gained from working across various industries and stages of business, from early-stage startups to highly regulated large MNCs. I am deeply committed to fostering conscious, collaborative work environments and building high-performing teams where people can bring their best to work.
Outside of my professional life, I am a certified Reiki and meditation teacher. I live in Philadelphia with my husband and enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, and hiking.

Doorva Bahuguna

My journey is rooted in a rich, diverse 22-year career spanning industries like media, consumer goods, sports, retail, healthcare, and fintech across P&L roles, marketing, sales, and strategy. My deep understanding of consumer behavior across sectors allows me to build and scale brands with human-centric insight and execution excellence, always focusing on creating solutions that resonate with the consumer. With 10 years of professional sports experience, I bring the same energy and winning mindset to work, executing projects with precision, large or small.
I am fiercely dedicated to keeping women in the economy, mentoring young corporate women and entrepreneurs both at work and beyond.
I live in Bangalore with my husband, one child, and five furry kids. Off the clock, I have rediscovered my love for sports through pickleball and am now on a mission to get more women to play!

With 20 years of experience in technical leadership, product and data engineering, and program management, I have focused on building and managing scalable, resilient, and efficient products and services across Fintech, payment systems, SaaS, core banking, and regulatory compliance domains. Outside of work, I am an avid badminton player, incorporating the sport into my regular workout routine. I also enjoy making new friends and exploring new possibilities, which fuels my curiosity and keeps me engaged in both personal and professional growth.

Jithesh Rajan Poduval

As a seasoned engineer with a keen eye for detail, I have consistently played key roles in re-architecting applications, enhancing tech stacks, and improving security. My expertise in system design currently drives my focus on remodeling data pipelines to support a LakeHouse architecture, enabling custom reporting, alerting, and generating training data for our proprietary models.
Outside of work, I am passionate about badminton and have a deep interest in AI, always exploring the latest advancements in the field.

I have learned to understand both the technical and business sides of the industry, and it has been rewarding to bring these two together. Whether it is leading fund services teams or introducing new tools that simplify workflows, what has always mattered to me is helping people work better and ensuring things move forward positively.
Outside of work, I find joy in cooking. It is a way for me to relax and be creative; funny enough, it mirrors what I do with technology. I love experimenting with new recipes, tweaking them, and figuring out how to make them better-just like I do with my work. It is all about learning, improving, and finding joy in the process.
