Keenai's users are able to access Lighthouse Canton Pte Ltd ("LCPL"), a Capital Markets Services licence holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the SFA and an Exempt Financial Adviser under the FAA.

LCPL is the regulated partner through which all investment advice, suitability assessments, financial product advice, execution, and portfolio management services are delivered, directly pursuant to LCPL's own client agreements and regulatory obligations.

Clients contract directly with LCPL for all regulated services. Keenai is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for any advice, recommendation, product, or service provided by LCPL or any other third party service provider.

Keenai has entered into an introducer agreement with LCPL, which is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. As is standard practice in the financial services industry, Keenai receives referral fees from LCPL and other licensed partners for introductions facilitated through the platform. Clients should be aware of this arrangement.

Suitability assessments for any product or service are conducted solely by LCPL under its regulatory obligations, not by Keenai.

The referral arrangement does not create an agency, partnership, fiduciary, or representative relationship between Keenai and LCPL or any other licensed partner. Keenai does not endorse or guarantee any product, service, or outcome provided by LCPL or any other third party service provider.
